A BILL to repeal article sixteen-e, chapter thirty-three of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, relating to limited benefits accident and sickness insurance policies and certificates

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
§1. Repeal of article relating to limited benefits accident and sickness insurance policies and certificates.

Article sixteen-e, chapter thirty-three of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, is hereby repealed.


NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal West Virginia code 33-16E-et seq. relating to limited benefits accident and sickness insurance policies and certificates.
